Clinical Pilates is Pilates with a physiotherapist using specialised Pilates equipment. Clinical Pilates is appropriate for those looking to work with a highly skilled health professional to guide their rehabilitation and performance goals. Clinical Pilates is also ideal for those who are pre- or post-natal, are preparing for/or have recently had orthopaedic surgery, those with balance problems, people with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s or multiple sclerosis, athletes, and those that have scoliosis. During the initial assessment with the physiotherapist you will work together to develop a list of goals for your sessions. Our aim is to get you back to doing the things you enjoy most in life. And hopefully you’ll find to enjoy learning how to move and feel better through the use of Pilates.
After the initial assessment and a few one-on-one sessions, you may book in a small group (up to three students) for a session.

Mat Pilates classes are for people who are ready for a challenging workout and have no injuries. We allow up to 10 people in our mat classes to make sure the instructor can give everyone the attention they need. The class is an hour long and caters to all different ability levels. The class will often utilise props such as bands, balls, foam rollers, or pilates rings.
