Congratulations, you’re officially half way!
By now, you should be starting to see results, in your practice, in your daily attitude, and maybe even in your appearance (though not us, we’re a little too fond of these Sweet Potato Brownies).
Check back through your journal. Have you been able to keep on the path to your Intentions? Perhaps they’ve changed as you’ve moved through your journey, and you now have a better idea of what you want out of your transformation? That’s okay. This month is all about your understanding of what you can accomplish, and your continuing growth. Your Intentions are supposed to be fluid; they will grow with you.
At this point in your practice, you could be feeling a little sore. This is perfectly normal, and although Deep Stretch and Restorative classes will help, we also think this is the time to build upon your new strength with our next MasterClass on Sunday 6th May – Save Our Shoulders! Explore the power in your shoulders and learn more about how to create stability and ease in your shoulders in weight bearing postures on your arms. With the use of props and hands on adjustments, this practice will encourage you to work mindfully towards creating a safer chaturanga to develop shoulder stability and arm strength.
