WHAT AM I GETTING MYSELF INTO?

-Take note of where you're starting from - physically, mentally, everything. We suggest that you then keep track of how you're doing each day (i.e. a journal)

-Attend a studio class (Yoga or Pilates) at least 5 days per week, and tick each class off on the progress board at reception

-Complete an at-home practice on the days you aren't in the studio (we'll help you with this)

-Sit for 5 to 20 minutes of meditation each day (again, we'll give you guidance to make this super simple)

-Embrace the challenges and changes that arise, to develop habits that will bring benefit far beyond the mat!
