Handstand Progressive - Arm balances and inversions with Michelle
This 90 minute master class has a strong focus on being upside down. We’ll learn the foundations of the handstand, tips, tricks and drills and then we’ll sprinkle handstands fluidly into a vinyasa flow.
Being upside down can be challenging and fun but moreover it can shift your perspective on your practice and also your attitude towards yourself.
In this class we will explore L shape handstand , tuck handstand, pike handstand and drills to find the ‘float’ for press handstands.
The aim of this practice isn’t necessarily to nail a handstand after the class but to add knowledge to your toolkit so you’re better equipped to embellish your own practice in a mindful way.
