Pathway to Flight - Arm balances and inversions with Michelle
This 90 minute master class is designed with the all essentials of arm balancing and inversion in mind. The pathway to flight shifts our perspective on our mat and challenges us on a physical and mental level. Not only are inversions and arm balances an interesting way to embellish our asana practice but it also allows us to cultivate a sense of trust and patience towards ourselves on and off the mat.
Be prepared to work hard and have an open mind to creative ways to strengthen our bodies.
In this class we will explore the likes of bakasana, koundinyasana, handstand press and pinchamayurasana.
This class is an open level class. If you do have any pre-existing injuries please advise the studio before attending the class.
